It’s located in the lower abdomen. The sacral chakra gives us the power of freedom, creativity and motivates towards our passion and success. It has a deeper connection with our emotions especially with happiness, pleasure and joy. It is thought that it can be blocked by fear, especially the fear of death. The colour associated with sacral chakra is orange.

 

3. Solar Plexus Chakra

The solar plexus chakra, also called Manipura meaning the city of jewels. It is situated in the stomach and upper abdomen. It is considered to be the center of power, self-confidence and self-esteem. It helps us to make the right decisions in our life and gives us self-belief. The sacral chakra is connected with our digestive health, meaning if any imbalance happens to the sacral chakra then it can lead the problems into our digestive system. The sacral chakra is associated with the fire element and it symbolises ten-petaled lotus. It belongs to the yellow colour.

 

4. Heart Chakra

The heart chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth energy point in the human body. It is considered as the bridge of all seven chakras. It is located at the center of the chest, near the heart of the human body. The word anahata means infinite. The heart chakra belongs to love, compassion, forgiveness, care and serenity not only towards others but also for ourselves. It is a chakra of healing. It helps us to forget all mistakes and regrets about the past and encourages us to start new. The associated element with heart chakra is ‘air’ that shows the connection and openness.
